For any problem related to a transaction and notified by one of your customers, it is possible to refund the amount paid by the latter during the so-called transaction . Depending on the case, a full or partial refund is possible.
Refunds are currently only available with MTN Mobile Money and can only be made from the dashboard of your merchant account.
All transactions marked as Approved are those which have been properly settled by the customer. For these, you have the possibility to make a refund if your customer has not obtained satisfaction for the good or service for which he has paid. Click on Refund to trigger the process. Indicate the customer email then the refund reason and Send.
